Stageunderground maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts without prior notice for clear cases of infringement.
Artists using Stageunderground to distribute music are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights, including master recording rights, publishing rights, and any required licenses or clearances. Uploading content you do not have the rights to is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in content removal and account termination.
Filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability for damages. Make sure you have a good-faith belief that the content infringes your copyright before filing a notice.
